Burlington Derailed — The Continuing Story

Is Residential TIF a Huge Conflict of Interest for Chamber?
It seems to me there is a huge conflict of interest with this real estate TIF deal the Burlington City Council wants to jam down the taxpayers' throat.
The Chamber is a non-profit and must abide by IRS rules & guidelines to prevent conflicts of interest.
Does the Chamber endorsement of the Nagrocki deal violate their conflict of interest policy since Nagrocki sits on the Downtown Partners Board of Directors, another Chamber entity?
Also, has anyone read Nagrocki's business plan and financial proforma? Can the reason this TIF deal is needed be explained financially? Or is this another Manor Mall exercise?
Maybe someone will ask for and receive the business plan. It's a public document.
If it smells bad, think about Doug Worden & Bruce Slagle.
Stink enough for you now?
